  1. Pasta Making Session (45 minutes):

    • Demonstration on making homemade pasta dough from scratch.

    • Hands-on activity for kids to knead and roll out the pasta dough.

  2. Ravioli Making Session (45 minutes):

    • Demonstration on making ravioli filling options, such as cheese and spinach, ricotta and herbs, or meat.

    • Hands-on activity for kids to fill and seal the ravioli.

  3. Sauce Making Session (30 minutes):

    • Demonstration on making various pasta sauces, such as marinara, alfredo, or pesto.

    • Boiling the homemade pasta and cooking the ravioli.

Once you have passed your basic skills ceramics challenge, you are invited to join us for open clay studio hours. A punch card may be purchased for discounted rates for those that will use the studio often. Additional firing fees may apply.
